We’re going on a leaf hunt!

The boys went leaf hunting today, in search for different colours, sizes and shapes and to see how many they could find.
On our walk through the park there were lots of leaves laying on the floor so they starting collecting as many as they could.
Joseph found one leaf and said that they looked like Reindeer Antlers which gave Jak the idea of making an Autumn picture made of leaves but to look like a Reindeer, so off they went searching and rummaging for other leaves that could be part of a Reindeer.

Jak found a humongous leaf that was bigger than his head, which he said he is going to paint lots of colours.

The boys had lots of fun out in the park and have come home with a fabulous selection of leaves ready to go some autumn crafting with. They found big ones, small ones, long ones, fat ones, spiky ones, round ones, brown, red, yellow, orange and green ones! And now we have a little bit of Autumn in our living room ready to be stuck onto paper 🙂

252/366 tiresome

There is no stopping My little Oliver with his walking since he started when he was 10 months old he has non stopped walked/ran/climbed everywhere, he seriously tires me out.
We went to the park today to see the Green Fun Day and while we were there we went over to the sand adventure play park area, Oliver wasn’t interested like he normally is with the sand Oh No he wanted to follow the path up an down, now as the sun was beaming down on it it was very hot to touch but it didn’t stop him from following it like Dorothy did to the yellow brick road in The Wizard Of Oz.
He was very cheeky with it as well, thought it was funny and jut kept running away from me.

So What If it’s Windy! “Country Kids”

My bubba got a new balance bike last weekend and has been riding round the house like a looney tune, so today I took him to the park on it.
It’s soooo windy he struggles to push it against the wind, didn’t stop him from enjoying himself though he just laughed.

Half way home he tells me
“Mum my legs hurt me!”
Poor thing!
