Jak the blogger

Since starting this blog last month My son has been really interested in what I have been writing about, he reads them every day.
So when he asked me if he could write one, I agreed, I mean this is what my blog is all about, my children, so why I thought why not.
Off he went and wrote the post “Friends an opinion of a 9 year old”.
Jak is a very clever little boy who is very thoughtful and caring, so I wasn’t really surprised with what I was reading. He loves writing and is always writing short stories or making lists of new games to play with his friends.
After uploading his post we was overwhelmed with comments that he received by some very lovely people. I would like to say thank you to everyone for reading his post and for leaving some amazingly nice comments. Jak has enjoyed reading them all, when he read them today he had the biggest grin ever. I may have to widen my door frames to fit his big head through now lol.
Because of the response that he got I have agreed to allow him to write some more

Here he is composing his next post

‘Friends’ a 9 year olds opinion

My son 9 year old son came to me yesterday and asked if he could write something for my blog. I thought he would write about Super Heros or Pokemon, which is what he always writes about, but this is what he came to me with.

Some people have lots of friends because they are popular and others might have only a few because they are shy and don’t want to show there self.
Rumours might keep people apart because another person might feel lonely and want someone to play with. If I see some one in the playground who is crying, alone, sad or doesn’t have any one to play with I would offer to play with them. Sometimes I would even play games that I don’t like, just to make the other children comfortable and happy.

You might not talk to your best friends for a while there’s always a way you can make up again.
If you want to have a strong relationship with your friends you can make up a handshake or go round each others houses.

I have always known that he was a caring boy but this makes me see how grown up he is aswell.
