These mini chocolate fudge mini bites with an added little extra kick from chilli are easy to make and taste so damn good!

I can’t completely take full credit for them though as I got the recipe from a facebook page called Slow Cooked Wonders 🙂 although I did slightly change it to my taste.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Tin of sweetened condensed milk 397g
  • 200g white chocolate
  • 100g dark chocolate
  • 100g milk chocolate
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 chilli, grated

RECIPE:

Empty the condensed milk into the slow cooker, cook on medium.

Break up the chocolate into pieces and add into the pot, add in the butter and vanilla essence

The mixture will needed to be stirred every 10 minutes for about 2 hours, after 1 hour turn the cooker down to a low. The mixture will start to become thick with a thin skin over the top, so it needs to be stirred often.

Add in the chilli towards the end and mix in.

Pour into a lined tin or mould, leave to cool and then place in the fridge for 24 hours to set. I lined my square tin with cling film so it was easy to take out once done

Once set remove from the fridge and score/cut into square chunks

You do not need to add in the chilli if you prefer, if you do it depends on the type of chilli that you add in for the intensity of the chilli kick.

Now all you have to do is enjoy! Let me know if you give it a go 🙂

Could your little one be a star of the new Dance Dance Baby Advert for Cow & Gate?

Our Little ones love to move along to music, showing off their lively personalities boogying, jiggling, turning and shaking their little bodies all over the place, that’s why Cow & Gate have created Dance Dance Baby

Dance Dance Baby is a Facebook app that has been created for you to upload videos of your little one expressing their personality to music. Cow & Gate will select their favourite clips for their new advert, which will be launched on their YouTube channel later this year.

They are looking for boogying babies from the age of 9 months to 3 years old, you will find all the FAQ’s and how to get involved here, please make sure you read all of the terms and conditions before entering.

The closing date for the videos to be uploaded is 15th July 2013, the videos should be no longer than 30 seconds long and is only open to UK residents.

Here are a few guidelines to help you capture your little one’s moves on video:

  • Film it landscape, sideways (horizontal) and in colour.
  • Try to keep the camera nice and steady.
  • Make sure your little one is dancing or wiggling safely.
  • Keep logos of brands (including Cow & Gate) out of view.
  • Try to keep your little one facing the camera as much as you can.
  • Turn off the date and time stamp option (this may appear in the corner of the screen on your camera).

Good Luck and get filming your little ones 🙂

This is not a sponsored post, my son has appeared in the campaign which is why i am happy to share.
