I’m trying to gain as much weight as I can at the moment. I lost so much whilst I was in hospital and now I am dangerously underweight. I’ve never counted calories before but I am now taking a note of little bit of food I eat.
I made these orange and ginger melting moments, they’re soft, chewy and melts in your mouth.
Ginger has an anti-inflammatory property that helps reduce the inflammation which causes pain the stomach. I’m hoping that it will help with my inflamed bowel.
